Refund policy
All items are non refundable after posting. If a faulty item is received, it can be returned to us for an exchange. We WILL NOT accept exchanges for items that do not fit. There are size guides available to use before buying to ensure the correct size is purchased.
If for any reason an item needs to be sent back to us, you must notify us and it must be sent SIGNED FOR and in safe, secure packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If for any reason an order is to be cancelled (applying to made to order items only) a 50% fee PER ITEM will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our fees in receiving and refunding the money, as well as covering part of the cost. Orders are cut within a few days of ordering so that we can allocate fabric and re-list any that is still available for others to purchase. If an order is cancelled, we risk wasting the already cut item and cannot simply swallow that cost.
